Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Platfom Group Product Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering closely with stakeholders including department leaders from clinical and across the business
- Collaborating with Engineering and Product leadership to make resource trade-off decisions
- Mentoring, coaching and providing support to a team of Product Managers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ years of product experience
- Managed a team of 1-3 Product Managers for 1+ years
- Excellent people manager
- A quick study
- Ability to encourage your team to develop a deep understanding of how your users think and behave
