Job Summary

A technology company specializing in solutions for public safety is in need of a Remote Platform and Firmware Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing multiple teams across the US and Vietnam and building the underlying firmware and platform for our current in market products and future products
• Hiring and developing the best engineers and managers build the innovative IoT devices
• Setting a product and technical vision on how we will speed innovation of our products while also building for global scale

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or an equivalent highly technical field
• 10+ years of experience in software or firmware engineering
• Proven track record of planning and delivering on multiple overlapping projects spanning several months
• Expereince multi-functional organizations by building consensus and partnering with product management, UX design, security, and recruiting; preferred
