Job Summary
A financial company has an open position for a Remote Platform and Services Senior Product Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Challenging the status-quo and looking at new ways to better serve our customers across our platform of loan originations system, loan servicing, reporting, collections, APIs, and analytics
- Owning the product roadmap for your functional area
- Conducting competitive analysis to understand how company stacks up to competitors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of experience building and managing consumer lending products and platforms
- Proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch with a strong user focus
- Demonstrated customer-centric in thought–from balancing business, tech and design to prototyping and validation
- Ability to clearly document and communicate product, technical, and business requirements
- Significant experience with agile and with common product management tools such as Jira and Confluence, along with KPI-driven product management and OKRs
- Ability to lead ideation sessions with cross-functional teams on both iteration and innovation
