Job Summary

A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Platform Architecture Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop members of the platform team
  • Architect, implement and evolve our next generation microservices infrastructure and tooling
  • Work closely with developers and system administrators to debug application issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Proficient with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Chef
  • Strong scripting and coding skills
  • 8+ years of experience in Devops
  • Proficient working with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
  • Proficient with containerization technologies (docker, kubernetes, etc.)
  • Proficient with AWS Cloud services and provisioning (IAM/S3/EC2/ECR/Cloudfront/Route53)
