Job Summary

A cloud hosting company is seeking a Remote Platform as a Service Developer Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Represent the voice of support, speaking on behalf of our customers through direct engagement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical support requests
  • Engage customers and responding to technical questions received through our community Q&A forum

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the CI/CD pipeline and GitHub repositories, actions, and deployment workflows
  • Experience deploying, scaling, and troubleshooting NodeJS, Python, and PHP applications in production
