Job Summary

A privacy management platform company is filling a position for a Remote Platform Customer Engagement Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Onboard new customers and get them to first value quickly and efficiently
  • Design projects and execute them for new Enterprise customer implementations
  • Ensure project team accountability for milestone dates and work quality

Qualifications Include:

  • Able to improve the onboarding velocity of all of our upcoming customers
  • Able to improve the practices, templates, policies and tools to mature the capabilities of the team.
  • Able to report on deliverables, budget, schedule, forecasts, and scope
  • Able to improve the design and delivery of standard services packages, pricing, etc.
