Job Summary
An education technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Platform Customer Success Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead, develop, and grow a team of CSMs
- Codify and develop the CS expansion playbook to retain and expand customer accounts
- Create tracking and analytics reports to monitor success and inform plans
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of at least 5 CSMs
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within an area of education technology products
- Strong customer facing communication skills and ability to handle customer escalations
- Proven experience meeting growth goals on a customer portfolio
- Strong managerial skills including personnel development, conflict resolution, escalation management
