Job Summary

An education technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Platform Customer Success Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of CSMs
  • Codify and develop the CS expansion playbook to retain and expand customer accounts
  • Create tracking and analytics reports to monitor success and inform plans

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of at least 5 CSMs
  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within an area of education technology products
  • Strong customer facing communication skills and ability to handle customer escalations
  • Proven experience meeting growth goals on a customer portfolio
  • Strong managerial skills including personnel development, conflict resolution, escalation management
