Job Summary

An open source container and microservices platform has an open position for a Remote Platform Developer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, prototyping, implementing, testing and documenting software components
  • Working to transform product feature ideas to technical specifications and solutions
  • Engaging with the open source community by participating in GitHub project and issues discussions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel includes frequent company events
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience participating in agile and test driven development models
  • Solid programming experience and interest in Ruby and/or Go
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, Virtual Machines, Docker containers and Kubernetes
