A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Platform Experience Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Be the platform knowledge expert
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer for issue resolution and platform trainings
  • Provide technical support for clients via support tickets, emails or calls

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
