Job Summary

A relocation services company is in need of a Remote Instructional Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage relationships and communication with stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Build highly effective training solutions
• Conduct learning needs analysis and discovery through interviews

Qualifications Include:

• 5-7 years designing, developing, and implementing eLearning and blended learning experiences
• Strong experience conducting learning needs analysis
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and measurement of training effectiveness
• Demonstrated consulting and collaboration skills with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and senior leaders
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience building learning solutions start to finish using a variety of tools and platforms
