Job Summary

A customer experience management platform company has a current position open for a Remote Platform Managed Services Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Provide oversight on any additional enablement of the software deployment to be in line with current architecture and future client needs
• Identify platform gaps, and optimization opportunities
• Maintain platform relevancy according to changes business needs

Qualifications Include:

• 4-year college degree
• Strong technical background with advanced computer skills
• Extremely strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3-4+ years of experience in Enterprise Software deployment management and/or implementation
• Demonstrate experience and a passion for the social media technology universe
