Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Platform Management Software Inside Sales Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide pre-sales services to the Inside Sales team including but not limited to discovery, technical qualification, product demonstration and evaluation
  • Maintain broad (story/use cases) and deep (product demo and POC) knowledge of the Platform Management solution suite
  • Proactively engage customers during pre-sales activities to understand their business and technical drivers to determine best fit of products, cross sell and up sell opportunities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel flexibility up to 30%.
  • 5 years of enterprise IT solution design, implementation, delivery and/or operations
  • Strong technical experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint Server, SQL Server, Windows Server
  • Familiarity with Governance, Risk and Compliance concepts a plus
  • Excellent presentation, business, analytical, problem solving and communication skills, written and verbal
