Job Summary
A personalized learning company has a current position open for a Remote Platform Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interact with tutors to create a positive work environment and to help them assist students
- Establish trusting relationships with tutors and prioritize service quality
- Update tutors on what is happening during shifts
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience working in a supervisory, operational, or similar role
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proven ability to make informed, on-the-fly judgement calls
- Clear understanding of operational and leadership strategies and techniques
- Exceptional written & interpersonal communication and team-building skills
