Job Summary
A company that operates as website hosting provider has a current position open for a Remote Platform Mergers and Acquisitions Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the core platform integration portfolio
- Review acquisitions and identify core platform components and capabilities
- Set the vision and drive integration delivery, unite teams in pursuit of acquisition goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Significant experience in a technical program management or product management role
- M&A experience or comparable technical integration experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM field or equivalent
- Product management experience building internal platforms with multiple consumers
- Experience working with Agile development teams using Jira or similar tool
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
