Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of Product Management and Product Strategy experience developing, prioritizing
- 6+ years of building teams: proven track record of attracting, retaining, and developing future leaders
- Demonstrable experience delivering a platform-based approach
- Experience leading teams through post product/market fit growth with revenue-bearing products in high-growth healthcare companies
- Operational excellence: you can see the big picture while also digging in and sweating the details
- Strong product intuition and customer empathy
