Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build and manage a first-class engineering team
- Develop a team-oriented, supportive culture
- Be responsible for Platform Services team output
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 10 yrs of relevant engineering experience
- 4 yrs managing distributed agile development teams
- 3 yrs programming in at least one OO language
- 2 yrs in cloud-native environments
- Track record of meeting schedules on time
