Job Summary

A major technology company is seeking a Remote Platform Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Owning the application end-to-end
  • Being responsible for growth and scale
  • Rewriting or refactoring an application

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience building and running a high-transactional, 24x7 production environment
  • Experience working with client/server side frameworks and platforms
  • Experience with programming in any of the following C, C++, Java, Go
  • Strong familiarity with systems engineering, cluster computing and programming theory
  • Experience with Linux and FreeBSD, configuration and tuning
