Job Summary

A social enterprise company is seeking a Remote Platform Software Engineer II.

Must be able to:

  • Build backend REST APIs, services, and interfaces
  • Work closely with other engineering teams to help identify their problems
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new solutions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience with frontend and server-side technologies
  • Working experience with AWS cloud services and its ecosystem (CodeBuild, CodePipeline, ECS, etc)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/test deployment environments
  • Proficiency with Javascript, Node.js, React, Linux, and bash scripting
  • A passion for tools, automation, and addressing technical debt
  • Experience with increasing developer velocity, productivity, and building developer tools
