Job Summary

A computer security company has a current position open for a Remote Platform Software Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, coach, and mentor a diverse team of engineers
  • Lead the team to build and set standards for team excellence
  • Help drive software quality and predictable software delivery

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of a BS in Computer Science or Engineering field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing complex software products
  • 3+ years of experience hiring, managing, coaching, and mentoring software engineers
  • Experience with different software development methodologies
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to grasp new software architecture and technology quickly
