Job Summary

A computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Platform Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing value in each conversation and setting clients up for success
  • Delivering fast, accurate, technical assistance
  • Diagnosing problems and Android and iPhone app issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Advertising, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience managing technical questions and common support issues in a SaaS business
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-specialists
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing technologies
  • Experiencing working within tight SLAs
