Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Platform Strategy & Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead administration and continuous improvement of core systems for contact center operations
• Act as the primary liaison between the Customer Connection Center, IT, and external vendors for system enhancements
• Oversee system access administration and ensure compliance with SOX related controls and audits

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience
• Experience with Salesforce & Genesys Cloud
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in managing system improvements and training initiatives
