Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Platform Technical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Meet with enterprise customers to gain understanding of their technical infrastructure
  • Partner closely with the company's Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support teams
  • Debug, test, and resolve issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Meet with customers
  • Prior experience in a support, development, engineering, or quality assurance (QA) organization
  • Technical knowledge of the Linux kernel and file system
  • Ability to manage and grow existing enterprise customer relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline
  • Must meet all other listed company requirements
