Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Platform Technical Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Meet with enterprise customers to gain understanding of their technical infrastructure
- Partner closely with the company's Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support teams
- Debug, test, and resolve issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Meet with customers
- Prior experience in a support, development, engineering, or quality assurance (QA) organization
- Technical knowledge of the Linux kernel and file system
- Ability to manage and grow existing enterprise customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline
- Must meet all other listed company requirements
