Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Platform Technical Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Mentoring and leading a high performing team of technical resources leveraging the Salesforce technology
- Representing and leading diverse delivery teams in project implementations & customer engagements
- Driving strategic change into organization and lead continuous improvement planning deliverables
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with product, architecture, career and client leadership
- 5+ years' experience working within a Salesforce development environment
- Possesses practical hands on experience in all functions of the Salesforce applications
- 4 or more cross cloud Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer
- 5+ years in an internal or external customer facing consultative role
- Possess a sense of urgency with strong organizational and follow-up skills
