A publishing company specializing in learning content and assessments is filling a position for a Remote Platforms and Customer Experience Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Setting strategic direction and priorities for core eCommerce, Telephony, RPA, CRM and other system deployments
- Managing new technical initiatives with technology partners to deliver desired business results
- Optimizing and aligning processes as required to drive efficient, accurate and consistent outcomes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Prior customer experience and technology deployment experience, 7 + years
- Process design and improvement experience, with demonstrated results
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
