A publishing company specializing in learning content and assessments is filling a position for a Remote Platforms and Customer Experience Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Setting strategic direction and priorities for core eCommerce, Telephony, RPA, CRM and other system deployments
  • Managing new technical initiatives with technology partners to deliver desired business results
  • Optimizing and aligning processes as required to drive efficient, accurate and consistent outcomes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Prior customer experience and technology deployment experience, 7 + years
  • Process design and improvement experience, with demonstrated results
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
