A real estate website is seeking a Remote Platforms Senior Big Data Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building, transforming, and deriving value from high quality datasets
  • Building self-service tools and platforms
  • Contributing to common infrastructure that power these tools

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Software development with high proficiency in Python, Java, Scala or another language
  • Strong opinions about what makes a tool, API, or platform phenomenal
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with Analytical tools like Tableau, Superset, Mode Analytics
  • Must have SQL knowledge
  • Must have thorough knowledge of data structures and algorithms
