Job Summary

A cloud services provider for music creators is seeking a Remote Plugins Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading distributed teams to recruit, grow, and retain engineers who build a product artists love
• Guiding engineers to solve problems with code, without code, and sometimes by deleting code
• Meeting with our partners to gather context and communicate it with the team

Required Skills:

• Able to change your views on a subject after being presented with new data
• Extensive experience leading distributed teams
