Job Summary
A sports platform is in need of a Remote PM Hours Sports Customer Success Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Play a key role in supporting and nurturing our user relationships
- Collect the voice of the customer and funnel feedback to appropriate channels
- Act as the front-line to our users, and help with user onboarding
