Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote PMO Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Design and implement a centralized 360-degree organizational capacity model (pipeline, current projects, backlog) to track resource capacity, and project load
- Develop, implement and lead the project/program management office (PMO)
- Establish the organization’s approach to the full life cycle of projects
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS in a related field and/or equivalent years of experience preferred
- 10+ years of project & program management experience, with a proven delivery track record
- 10+ years managing vendors and project/program budget management and reporting
- Background in process architecture & analysis, systematic problem solving, business analysis & organizational change management
- Success having built a 360 organizational capacity model
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret spend and cost data, research market trends, identify best practices
