Remote PMO Transformation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO/Transformation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce transformation program and ensure successful delivery milestones and outcomes
• Act as the final decision authority for cross-brand and cross-functional conflicts
• Establish governance and operational readiness to scale Salesforce post-MVP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 12+ years of experience in leading large-scale enterprise technology or platform transformation programs
• Experience in Salesforce-led transformations or equivalent is highly preferred
• Strong background in operational readiness and cutover planning
• Ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment with multiple brands or business units
