A media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Podcast Supervising Producer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Lead production and editorial meetings per pitch, book, produce, and edit episodes
• Suggesting interviews to be featured on vox.com, written by host or SP
• Planning ambitious series and create a plan for the growth of the show’s ambition and impact

Qualifications Include:

• A portfolio that demonstrates an ear for great conversation and rigorous approaches to interviews
• Proficiency in audio editing in ProTools
• Expert editorial judgment
• Ability to coach and develop host talent and producers
• Effective at multitasking; flexibility to adapt on short notice
• A passion for explanatory journalism
