Job Summary

A healthcare solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Podiatry Training Services Manager.

Must be able to:

• Review of training documentation to meet internal SLAs
• Manage new employee on-boarding and professional development in a variety of presentation methods
• Monitor daily changes to sales forecast and pipeline for team capacity planning

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of work experience as a Software Trainer, Training Supervisor, or related education field
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively manage a client-driven team
• Medical practice management experience
• Ability to quickly learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Experience with Salesforce or relative implementation and CRM software solutions
