Job Summary

A Workday service provider has a current position open for a Remote Point of Contact Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Actively lead and participate in customer projects and/or issue resolution processes
  • Safeguard the delivery of high-quality services and products to customers
  • Lead the project or ticketing solutioning process from start to finish

Required Skills:

  • Minimal travel may be required
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in various Human Resource disciplines
  • Previous experience working with Workday
  • Knowledge and language of: Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation/performance review
  • Ability to coach others in the execution of the testing, piloting and implementation activities
  • Successfully complete Workday HCM certification and applicable specialty classes/certifications
