Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Point of Sale Retail Solutions Architect.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the primary technical resource for all POS configuration outside of database management
- Advise Product Owner team on database management when necessary
- Perform troubleshooting with POS vendor and internal IT teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience of administration, ownership, and integration of Aloha suite of technologies
- Proven track record and success in senior business analyst roles
- 3-5 years of relevant IT BA experience
- CBAP, CCBA, ITSM, ITIL understanding and/or certifications
- Multiple years within Restaurant, Retail or Food and Beverage industries
- Standard software lifecycle development or IT service management functions
