Job Summary
A software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Point of Sale Software Technical Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain lab environments for testing new updates
- Answer phone calls and respond to emailed tickets keeping the SLA
- Maintain Documentation for products and training
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- May be required to travel local and nationwide to customer sites for Service, Upgrades, and Installation services
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating Systems including Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012
- Experience with Network Protocols, Switches, and Firewall configuration
- Experience with PC Hardware troubleshooting
