A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Policy Administration Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building top industry IDI new business operations
- Onboarding, developing, and managing performance with the crucial aim to retain our top talent of individual contributors
- Identifying and implementing effective workflows, systems and process improvements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven experience driving innovation through change management
- Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in administration or operations and customer service
- 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience working in process improvement disciplines/methodologies such as LEAN or Agile
- Experience implementing new technology to improve cycle time and customer experience
