Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Policy Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Utilize surveys, cost-benefit analysis, focus groups, and other tools to forecast possible policy outcomes
• Formulate reports which condense and summarize information and display key evidence for stakeholders to review
• Supports the identification of targeted opportunities, and contributes to strategies and analytical support

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Familiarity and comfort working on both administrative tasks (detail) and strategic planning (high-level)
• Excellent communication skills, responding to internal and external needs in a timely manner
• Interest in working in an organization that continuously evolves and changes, requiring flexibility and excitement for iteration
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders and the public and a passion for building relationships with people of different backgrounds
• Working knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with Google applications
