Job Summary

A financial institution is in need of a Remote Policy Holder Services Billing Analyst I.

Must be able to:

• Implement billing and delinquency operations
• Coordinate with other business areas to ensure accurate premium processing
• Perform research as needed

Qualifications Include:

• Typically requires minimum 2 years of accounting or complex financial experience
• Associates Degree, or the equivalent combination of education/experience
• 2-3 years of customer service experience needed
• Intermediate systems knowledge including Group Access, GroupFacts, AdminEase, Lawson, Clarity, OMAR. Intermediate Excel and Word
