Job Summary

A company is looking for a Polish-English Interpreter

Key Responsibilities:

Answer calls professionally and adhere to the Interpreter's code of conduct
Take notes during calls and be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare
Participate in internal professional training, pursue new certifications, and report to team leader

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Polish, with 1+ years of interpreting experience
Good knowledge of medical terminology, and familiarity with legal terminology is a plus
International certifications in healthcare industry (e.g., PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA)
High school diploma in native language and high emotional intelligence
Technical requirements include specific computer specifications and noise-canceling USB headsets
