Job Summary

A developer of products for use in healthcare is seeking a Remote Population Health Engagement Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting the needs of their assigned population
• Completing non-clinical surveys and education
• Completing program participant and provider communication activities

Required Skills:

• Five years experience working in an acute care hospital or related healthcare setting
• High School diploma
• Knowledge of NCQA standards for case management organizations
• Knowledge of managed care principles and emerging health treatment modalities
• Ability to operate a PC and Word, Access, Excel and Outlook and Clinical Databases
• Excellent customer services skills
