Job Summary
An animal healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Marketing Manager, US Pork, Customer Marketing.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Leading and managing customer engagement and communication programs
- Connecting with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Lead in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, etc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years’ customer service experience in the Animal Health or similar industry
- Strong track record of driving effective business and engaging customers
- Experience with large production companies
- Strong passion for serving and understanding customers
