Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Portfolio and Resource Planning Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

• Lead the creation and implementation of best practice capacity planning vision
• Drive the delivery of divisional resource demand and capacity management process
• Refine systems and methods to continually improve plans

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s in a business field such as business, economics, talent management, organization design, or equivalent
• Eight years of portfolio management or continuous improvement experience in a similar environment
• Professional certification
• Experience in resource and demand planning execution
• Power BI dashboard and report building experience
• Solid knowledge of Project Management methodologies and principles, tools, lifecycles, etc
