Job Summary
A content delivery network, cybersecurity, and cloud service company is in need of a Remote Portfolio Associate Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Deliver valuable and proactive guidance to assigned customers
- Handle incoming requests for Success intervention from engaged customer
- Conduct outreach to non-portfolio customers and introduce them to the value our team provides
Position Requirements Include:
- Have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of applicable account portfolio management experience
- Have experience with or membership in Success Expert Advancement Path
- Have solid understanding of content delivery basics and general knowledge of internet technologies
- Have demonstrated written and verbal communication and exceptional presentation skills
