A financial services firm has an open position for a Remote Portfolio Benefits Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Facilitating and coordinating the efforts of the firm portfolio’s governance committee
- Developing and supporting the portfolio Benefits Management Strategy
- Recommending, monitoring and assuring benefits derived from the overarching firm portfolio
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or the like
- 7-10 years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities
- Experience with Digital Transformation and customer experience improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in managing “upward” among senior leadership
