Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Portfolio Delivery Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Organizing and prioritizes projects and programs
  • Advising executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
  • Advanced experience leading special projects and, defining governance routines, establishing metrics, measurements and trend reports
  • Track and hold teams accountable for the delivery outcomes for all the workstreams within the portfolio
  • Partner with peer teams in defining the standards, best practices and establish measurable and repeatable processes
