Job Summary
A provider of payment technology services has an open position for a Remote Portfolio Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create dynamic reporting and insights on NPS, CSAT and evolving CES metrics
- Support Worldwide Operations in its efforts
- Increase penetration with surveys to achieve a better voice of the customer
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-5 years of experience in related field, open to any industry experience
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Candidates must currently work for Global Payments or a Global Payments affiliated company
