Job Summary
A real estate technology company is in need of a Remote Portfolio Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage the day-to-day of our portfolio of inventory homes
- Prepare and list homes for sale on the MLS
- Work with our investor partners to close bulk sales of inventory homes
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of single family residential homes
- Experience with listing homes on MLS and preparing comparative market analysis
- Real estate broker license in one of the states we operate in
- Real estate contract and transaction knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and critically, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
