Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Portfolio Standard Processor Deal Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing third party reports and other due diligence data
- Participating in Borrower and Mortgage Banker calls to understand Customer needs and craft financing solutions
- Monitoring a defined loan population assigned to fulfillment vendor to assure timely advancement of loan files throughout the origination process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- r of Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years in commercial mortgage lending or equivalent commercial credit experience
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and efficiently and accurately tackle high volumes of work
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
