Job Summary

A business process outsourcing provider is filling a position for a Remote POS Account Analyst in Eden Prairie.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Researching and responding to escalated requests
• Working the message center, handling unapplied cash, processing policy and billing changes and refund and returned checks
• Assisting with training new and existing team members

Required Skills:

• Must be able to type at least 40+ words per minute
• Able to contact insurance brokers and agents of individual business
• Can communicate with external client contacts and participate in client conference calls/meetings
