Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote POS Hardware Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving all technical inquiries related to POS integration and misconfiguration issues
- Providing responsive technical assistance,
- Identifying and understanding the client’s unique environment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in POS implementation and/or support roles
- Understanding of POS logging and diagnostic files
- A Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education and work experience
- Highly organized prioritization and project management skill
