Job Summary
A bank has an open position for a Remote POS Lending Training Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the education efforts across the Sales and Operations business lines for all features of the POS Lending product
- Developing content, hosting interactive training sessions for a variety of audiences
- Supporting the effort of the Sales/Ops Change Management leader to conduct gap analysis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of relevant training experience within the payment processing industry
- BNPL or POS Lending experience preferred
